GARRETT EYE CENTER'S main office is located in Iron Mountain,
Michigan. We have two satellite offices serving you in Escanaba, MI
and Marinette, WI. Our Iron Mountain location consists of a full
service eye clinic with an adjacent surgery center licensed by the
state of Michigan, certified by Medicare and accredited by Joint
Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
We specialize in cataract surgery,
refractive surgery (LASIK),
corneal transplants, retinal laser procedures, eyelid plastics, eye
muscle surgery, and glaucoma procedures. By routinely using topical
anesthesia and self-sealing
incisions for our cataract surgery patients, we provide a more
comfortable procedure with the added plus of a reduced
rehabilitation period and quick visual recovery. We strive to
provide affordable quality care for our patients in the comfort of a
freestanding ambulatory surgery center.
GARRETT EYE CENTER takes pride in educating patients through printed
information, video presentations, and seminars.
Founder, John Michael Garrett, M.D., F.A.C.S., has been recognized
